Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We ship your order within 2 - 4 business days if the items are in stock & within 10 - 15 business days if we make them just for you. Then international dispatching might take 8-30 days depending on the location.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers (DHL, UPS, Post Colissimo) and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Every order is packed very securely and arrive without any issue 99% of the time.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Returns are free. We will then issue a credit for your order physical items.
What happens if an item arrives broken in transit?
Rest assured, we pack our ceramics extremely well. If, unfortunately, an item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 3 days of receiving it and we will replace it for free.
