Refund policy

• Items must be returned within 21 days from delivery. They must be unused (this includes washing) with original packaging to ensure a safe shipping back to us.
• Contact us within 21 days, we will let you know the procedure.
• Free returns, contact us within 21 days, and we will send you a return label to attach to the package.
• Return the product you do not wish to keep for a full refund, ensuring all products comply with the return policy. Then order the desired replacement product if you wish.

We issue the refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days. This period starts when you notify us of your withdrawal or, if the refund is deferred, when we recover the product or receive proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Your bank may then require additional time to display the refund in your account.
