CARRON Ceramics in La Mère Poulard's receipt book
Some of our ceramic platters, plates, bowls, cups was featured in the latest "Les Carnets de Cuisine de La Mère Poulard" at le Mont Saint-Michel.
As you may know, La Mère Poulard is a French cook & businesswomen, born in 1851, famous for her Auberge at Le Mont Saint-Michel where people from around the world come to taste l'omelette de la Mère Poulard!
Eric Vannier, Alain Grespier, Sophie Tramier & Nathalie Nannini worked together to create this beautiful book which is a tribute to Annette Poulard and Le Mont Saint-Michel. And we are proud that some of our ceramics had been chosen to illustrate these tasteful receipts.
Here are some of the delicious pictures, Bon Appétit !
