Loyalty programme terms

The CARRON loyalty programme is run by CARRON PRODUCTION (SIREN 819 250 192, RCS Montpellier). It lets customers of carron.paris who join it earn points and receive rewards. Joining the programme means accepting these terms.

Joining

Free and in one click, reserved to holders of a customer account on carron.paris, for personal use. It is independent from the newsletter. Orders placed in the 30 days before joining are taken into account.

Points

Each euro spent on carron.paris earns 1 point. Points are credited once the order has shipped and are valid for 12 months. Your balance is shown on the Loyalty page.

Rewards and benefits

As your balance reaches the programme's thresholds, you unlock benefits and a reward: one piece offered, to be chosen from a dedicated selection. The thresholds, benefits and rewards in force are those shown on the Loyalty page. A reward is valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

Account

The loyalty account is personal: one membership per person, points non-transferable. CARRON may suspend an account in the event of fraud.

Changes and cancellation

You may leave the programme at any time by writing to contact@carron.paris; your points are then lost. CARRON may change, suspend or end the programme at any time; members are informed. When the programme ends, unused points and rewards cease to be valid, without any right to compensation or cash value.
