With Maison Balzac we created our first candle: a pure attar of rose, poured into a white ceramic vessel made in our atelier.
The attar blends three roses: Rosa Damascena, Rosa Centifolia and Rosa Gallica Officinalis. The Centifolia, generous and heavy-headed, gives the scent its depth; its flowers open in a full bloom of pure pink.
The vessel is glazed white earthenware. Once the candle has burnt down, it begins a second life as a small vase or a pen pot.
The larger version comes with a glass bell that holds the scent. You can find it among our rose candle and the rest of our candles.
